How it works
Your gear meets you there
We collect it from your home or the front desk, photograph and log every piece to your account, and deliver it to your door the morning you arrive.
Where you are going decides how your gear gets there.
National shipping
Anywhere else in the US, and internationally. Your gear travels with our shipping partners, insured by them for that leg.
Either way, your gear lives in our climate-controlled storage, insured all year, with every item cataloged in your app.
Base locations
A base is a warehouse we run in the mountains. If your place sits in one of its towns, pickup and delivery run on 2 business days and nothing gets shipped. Farther out, we ship nationally.
Your gear lives at the base closest to where you ski, and moves from there.
