How does the 90-day free trial work?
Sign up now and enjoy 90 days completely free—no payment required upfront. After your trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew for the next ski season at our standard rates. This means you'll experience the full Rocket Closet service risk-free before the season hits its peak.
What is considered an item?
An item is any individual piece of equipment or luggage — for example, a double ski bag, a boot bag, or a snowboard. As long as it weighs under 60 lb, it counts as one item.
Why do I need to choose a base location?
Your base location should be where you want to use your equipment most often. We want to make sure that your equipment can be delivered to you quickly and on time.
Can you deliver outside of my base location?
Yes, we partner with Luggage Forward to deliver your equipment and stored items nationwide and internationally! Additional fees may apply.
Do you store more than skis and sports equipment?
Yes, we can store it all. Our services were originally designed to solve the challenge of storing seasonal equipment that is difficult to travel with, like skis, winter wardrobes and mountain bikes. But we also store and deliver anything you want out of your garage!Long story short, you can store anything with Rocket Closet
Is my gear insured while in storage?
Yes! All stored items are covered by premium insurance while in our climate-controlled warehouses and during delivery. We use QR code scanning and photo documentation for every item to ensure nothing is ever lost or misplaced.
